What Makes A Great Distributor?

That a very good question and one we have thought about...

Here are a few thoughts from a survey of some HVAC employees on what they think makes a great distributor:

A great distributor starts with a knowledgeable and personable sales staff. They represent the right manufacturers who support the distributor and dealers.
Great distributors have clean and organized showrooms and warehouses which increase speed, reduce damage and reduce mistakes.
A great distributor provides quick response to the service tech’s needs or questions. He is on somebody’s clock.
A competitive price on everything we sell with the fastest delivery to the job site or shop…on time and correct.
A great distributor supports the “real dealer” by not cutting prices for moonlighters or people who are not in the trade and offers those dealers service support by having a knowledgeable TSA or staff.
