The parts and equipment needed to service and maintain the endless variety of brands, installation configurations and options in today's HVAC industry are enormous. While we attempt to stock the majority of those parts and supplies, occasionally our customers need something that is non-stock and must be Special Ordered. We are glad to perform this valuable service and will assist in determining the most appropriate vendor, freight lines, etc.

Freight & Special Order Conditions:

When special ordering products through HVAC Sales & Supply Co., Inc., customers must agree to the terms and conditions as listed on the order acknowledgement; and order acknowledgement becomes a binding P.O. between the customer, HVAC Sales & Supply Co., Inc. and the manufacturer.

Customer must also agree to these terms:

• All special orders will be pre-paid, unless credit account terms have been established.

• Special orders are F.O.B. the factory - freight and insurance costs will be added to customer’s account.

• Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable without an approved manufacturer’s written return authorization received in advance by HVAC Sales & Supply Co., Inc.

• Customers will be charged all freight, restocking and handling charges incurred as part of special order return authorization

• Customers are responsible for freight damage and loss claims for shipments made direct to their facility, shop, job site, etc.

• Special orders delayed for reasons beyond HVAC Sales & Supply Co., Inc. control are non-cancelable and non-refundable without manufacturers co-operation.
