That's where our Field Technical Support Assistance program comes in!

We are happy to provide our Tempstar Dealers with field service assistance for any of our Tempstar products at No Charge.

Service assistance for other brands or equipment not sold by HVAC Sales and Supply can be arranged, including consultation and travel time, for an hourly rate of $75.00.

Before any field service assistance can be scheduled, our Field Service Request Form must be completed and returned to Alex Sanchez, Technical Service Advisor. Many times this information will point to a problem that can be handled without a trip to the jobsite. When it doesn't, we will meet your service representative at the jobsite and assist with any problem resolution.
